Hello and welcome to my practice!

I appreciate you taking the time to review my website as you search for a therapist. I imagine you may be feeling that things have been building up for you. You’re easily frustrated. The frustration leads to anger, sadness, irritability. Maybe you have been drinking or using drugs more frequently than you would like.  Perhaps you haven’t been sleeping well because of excessive worry, agitation or thoughts that won’t quit.  You know that you probably need some assistance in helping you make some changes, so that you can begin to lessen your mental burden.

What some people don’t realize is that asking for help is actually a strength. Please know that if you do choose to reach out for support, I will be able to join you in the process, in a non-judgmental manner, one small step at a time.
