I appreciate you taking the time to review my website as you search for a therapist who is a good fit. I imagine you may be feeling upset that you’re even in this position and it just doesn’t feel good, any of it. Everything’s been building up, really. You’re easily frustrated. The frustration leads to anger, sadness, irritability. Maybe you have been drinking or using drugs more frequently than you would like. Perhaps you haven’t been sleeping well because of excessive worry, agitation or thoughts that won’t quit. You know that you probably need some assistance in helping you make some changes, so that you can begin to lessen your mental burden.
It takes a lot of courage to enter therapy. What some people don’t realize though, is that asking for help is actually a strength. Please know that if you do choose to take this first step, I will be able to join you in the process, in a non-judgmental manner, one small step at a time.
